Learn Smart Pakistan - Knowledge Platform
These are stirring times in the revolutionizing scene of education. With the intersection of education and technology, there are now more ways than ever to acquire and utilize information. This also demands that we upgrade our ways of education to assist our younger generation acquire the 21st century skills.
Due to students' increased interest in integration of technology in classrooms and its encouraging outcomes, steps were taken in the year 2017 to further integrate IT into classrooms by installing short-throw multimedia projectors in multiple classes on each floor of the Senior Branches along with 1 to 2 interactive systems set up in a trolley on all floors, so that each class could utilize the system as and when needed.
Learn Smart Pakistan
After the installation of projectors and computer trolleys in Classroom, now the main software on which students will work will be the knowledge platform with the collaboration with the
learn smart Pakistan. It provides free access to the students to sign up to the website.
The two main subjects in via school sign up will be English and Mathematic
Al Murtaza school have given User-name and password to the students of grade VIII, IX and X.
IT classes timetable:
The K.P can be held at any time of the regular school days and timings as prescribed by the teacher in their classroom's smartboard with clicker response they can give their answers individually.
Furthermore to give online assesments at home hey can just login at https://www.learnsmartpakistan.org to do assignments at home.
Development To Higher Level:
Mr. Jameel Yusuf, the then Honorary Secretary of the AMS Board of Governors, took an initiative to take IT Integration in classes to a higher level and provide a complete digital learning platform to students. The software application came in with a clicker gadget for each individual student to record his / her response in the application for a more sophisticated analysis. The objective of implementation of this application is to empower teachers with technology and blend the traditional classrooms with technology-driven solutions. The software application supports the design and use of digital content for teaching / learning context, interactive academic-based games and activities, and primarily supports in the design and use of digital classroom assessments

AKUEB Exams Will Be Held Earlier - Mid April 2019
Assalam o alaikum,
Kindly note that the Aga Khan University Examination Board Provisional timetable is uploaded which says that the Board examination will be held earlier in April's Mid and practicals in starting April for class IX and X so the reason for writing this is to inform that students must be updated with their class work or homework and surely be fully attentive in classroom so that they could get their attention in studies and can strive for better performance as we have said above the exams will be held earlier thats why it is necessary and right time for students to start learning and clear their concepts.

Kindly note, as well as inform your friends and relatives, that due to persistent requests, the date of issuance of Admission Forms for the New Academic Session 2019-2020, has been extended till Saturday, January 19, 2019 and will be issued between 8:30a.m. to 11:00a.m. at the Senior Boys Branch 163/K Block III, PECHS, for NURSERY Boys & Girls.
Forms will be issued for all those children born between February 01, 2015 and January 31,2016.
New admission forms will be issued only for the above mentioned class, on production of B. Form (registration with CNIC) / KMC with hospital birth certificate.
Please note that canvassing or approaching any Board Member or Administration for admission will automatically disqualify the candidate.

Kindly note that the School will remain closed for Winter Holidays from
Saturday, December 22, 2018 to Tuesday, January 01, 2019 for Classes Nursery- VIII and from Monday, December 24, 2018 to Tuesday, January 01, 2019 for Classes IX & X. Extra classes will be conducted for Classes IX-X on Saturday, December 22, 2018 according to regular School timings.
The School will re-open on Wednesday, January 02, 2019 for Classes Nursery-X.

Please note that the YES 2019-20 Entry Test Event in Islamabad and Peshawar have been postponed due to the current security situation. The new dates will be announced in a few days .
PS: Please note that the YES 2019-20 Entry Tests in Karachi and Hyderabad will be held as per schedule without any change.
Note that the YES Entry Test in Lahore has been postponed due to the current deteriorating security situation. The new date will be announced in a few days time. Kindly remain patient and watch this space for further announcements.

Eligibility Criteria:
Be a citizen of Pakistan.
Secondary school students in their home country (Pakistan) who are currently enrolled in 9th or 10th grade or O Level students. Students will appear in grade 9th, 10th, or ‘O’ Levels examinations in 2019.
Minimum 15 years of age but not more than 17 years on August 1, 2019 .
Minimum 60% marks in all major subjects (English, Mathematics, Science) in the last class attended; overall minimum average 60% marks for the past three years in their school. (Students with a gap year are ineligible.)
Can communicate in English. Minimum 60% marks in the last English exams of past three years
Must not have traveled to the United States.
